Whoa. A year.
Okay. Well. Perhaps now's a good time for you to be informed that I usually post news
regarding MrAdventure on marauderiic.kicks-ass.net, which is only up when I'm in Linux.
And Linux stopped working. I need to reinstall it soon. I did, however, back up MrAdventure,
'cause I'm smart. I did not back up the website with its nifty images, hand-written news script
and hand-written forums though because I'm stupid. Occasionally, anyway.

MrAdventure MUD Engine:
Decided to post news regarding it, which I will after I finish programming for today.
Wednesday, 21st May 2003
Arrived.
Tuesday, 20th May 2003
Just letting you lot know I'm still alive,
I'm just working on MrAdventure a lot lately.
Monday, 31st March 2003
Nothing new content-wise.
But, I am a ranger.
(Dang elves, stealing all the chicks.)

Did basic maintenance over in files. Took some
stuff from news here and put it over there. Tidied
up the HTML, cleaned out both outdated files :)
Also fixxed up some news posts that didn't have
'oh wait that was removed' 'oh wait that didnt
ever get put up' etc...
So, have fun.

Whee =) Been playing a lot of Quake2 and working
on a MUD engine a lot lately. There has been
one big obvious update though... Frames!
If you don't see 'em for some reason, go to the
index of the main dir [here]
Also, if you have a copy of Q2, check out
Coop or Die, Vortex and Giex.
Edit: Oh, no, I haven't sifted any files out of the
news like I said I was going to.... in December...
hehehe. :D

Wow, NO October or November updates? Boy, that
shows all the useful stuff I've been doing with
my time lately, eh? Anyway, my bday was nov 21st..
And I'm puttin up a guestbook. See below.
I'm also gonna try sifting some stuff out of the
news posts and putting them down in that file
section down there. Sound good? Good.

Friday the 13th! woot
"personally, i dont know why they ruin everyone's
friday. they should make monday the 13th and go
away with friday the 13th." -- me
Anyway, I uploaded a new version of doscalc...
Lots of new fun stuff:
= Added expression solver (float decimal)
= Can find GCF, LCD
= Added "About"
= Icon :)
! Quadratic equation solver is still whole # only
(but that's why it shows you fraction forms)
11th September 2002
Ok, so I didn't write this on the 11th.
Nothing like a good flag waving in the rain without
rain gear to show your patriotism :)

Ah, finally, I had a camera when I needed one!

The calculator should factor and solve quadratic equations
correctly now. Right here.
03rd September 2002 2148 EST
Added a dos calculator. Currently it solves quadratic equations,
and I'm working on factoring them.
More to come. Get it here.

Removed Voltaire mp3. You can find his stuff at mp3.com, I believe.
Uploaded my sound pak finally. To get it, just click right here.
6th July 2002 1742 EST
Uploaded Voltaire - God Thinks.
You can find it (removed, see later news).
12th June 2002 1256 EST
Uploaded the giex skills .txt file - you can look at it here.
04th June 2002 1044 EST
Uploaded a new program that enhances your computer speed
by 200%. I know it sounds impossible, but really, to see
what i've got so far, [they took it down :(].
23rd May 2002 1747 EST
More minor changes, most of them adding spaces to the end
of anything using a text box.
Executable only.
23rd May 2002 1629 EST
Fixed some junk that was bugging me in the DooM II Launcher -
warp doesn't go blank if it's not valid and it now puts
the needed space after warp # in the command line.
Grab the executable only here.
23rd May 2002 1601 EST
Made a help file for the DooM Launcher.
You can find it right here.
23rd May 2002 1401 EST
Uploaded new version of the Doom II Launcher.
Executable only so I don't have to make another .zip
file with all the icons and crap in it.
Get it here.
22nd May 2002 2131 EST
Forgot to take out debug message boxes for the
'remove selected' button on the IP list.
Fixed now. Inconvenience is apologized for. =)
22nd May 2002 1920 EST
Updated the doom launcher, v201. Also made the system
files that it needs as a separate download.
Get the new launcher here
and the system file package here.
You only need the system files if you get missing file
errors from windows when you try to run it.
Both can be unzipped into c:\ because the
directory structure for both is /VroomSoft/D2Launcher.
Copy the system files from the d2launcher directory
into your windows/system directory if you needed
to download them.
12th May 2002 2333 EST
Uploaded a .zip file - MSVBVM60DLL.zip -
if any of the programs ask for it, download it and put unzip
it into your WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory.
12th May 2002 2314 EST
Added some Visual Basic programs, a launcher for
zDooM/DooM2 that allows you to choose command line
options from check box, and a viewer for your
IP address, for those of you that don't like
the fact that winipcfg doesn't let you copy
to clipboard [without having 500 other lines of crap.]
27th Feb 2002 0100EST
A friend of mine (Skysurfer), who's running Linux,
informed me of a sound goof with jungle! I knew
somewhere in the back of my brain that Linux was
case-sensitive, just didn't cross my mind with the
demo. It appears that keygrip makes all sounds
lowercase, and since winblows isn't case sensitive,
I didn't catch on to it. So, the sounds in the .zip
file are now in lowercase.
(I don't have anything for tar.gz :P).
-Append: Oops! I zipped the wrong version of alphaintro!
Fixed now.. :)
27th Feb 2002 2400EST
In the process of removing the mp3s before I get myself in trouble... :)
Thanks, for hostin' 'em, spider!
He says the page will be Here.
[Not yet tho :) Currently, see NEVERMIND for this subdirectory.]
