OOC? Maybe. Fun? You bet! The above is actually a bunch of panels I drew on different sheets of paper—I have a habit of misplacing my sketch papers, and everyday on the school commute I never have the same bundle of papers as the day before. So most of the time I have to draw my baka manga panels on separate pieces of paper, then clump ’em together in Photoshop.

Anyway, this was the result of a random thought I had while I was remembering this one scene where Kouga and Ayame are arguing, their faces really close to each other, and I thought, “Wouldn’t it be funny if he just grabbed her and kissed her till her toes curled?” Well, I thought it was funny...ah, at any rate, sorry for the sheer sloppiness. I did this very quickly, though I tend to do that with ideas that I’m really inspired by.

I didn’t include the word bubbles at the top because they were irrelevant—just assume that they’re arguing about the whole engagement thing. One of the things that I like about their dynamic is that although Kouga may not have his heart set on Ayame anymore, they do care for each other. Who’s to say it might not develop into something more in the future?
