Yosh, another pointless page o’ doodles, this one containing my trial sketches of a few other characters. Clockwise from top: a smirking Kouga, because I can never draw too many smirking Kougas—when he does, he gets to show off those uber-fine Ryougaesque fangs. I don’t know what it is, but I can’t seem to draw him exactly like he looks in the manga or anime. Oh, well. Next up: my second-ever Rin (I lost the paper where I drew my first one)! She’s actually quite fun to draw, and you can’t deny that she’s cuter than heck. I have to make a CG of her one day. Third: Miroku decked out in Andy Roddick gear. I doodled him while I was in the library waiting for a friend, and all I had on my table was a magazine opened to a page with an ad of Andy Roddick in it. My pencil was moving even before I knew what I was drawing. It remains sketchy and unfinished because the minute my friend got back, I closed the magazine and lost the ad. Moving on: a sulky Kohaku, wondering if he’s a good or bad guy today. Poor kid, having to be saddled with one of the most repetitive roles in the series—last I heard, he’s still on the run from both his big sister and Naraku. Well, he’d better stay alive, is all I can say. Finally: Kagura, whom I also need to make a CG of one day. I really do think she’s lovely, even though I can’t draw her properly still.
