Well, this one’s really nothing much—I just liked how Sango turned out in this doodle. One of the things I’ve always liked about her character design was how “versatile” it was: she could go from being utterly professional to comically emotional to beautifully tragic and back again with only the slightest of changes in her appearance. Though most of the time she exudes the aura of a mature and stoic young woman, she can also transform into an uncertain young girl with a penchant for blushing becomingly—mostly during instances involving a certain delinquent monk. I just thought the contrast was fascinating.
